Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution with a contract to purchase the tract of real property in the City of Stanton, Martin County, Texas, known as:  A 0.434 acre tract out of a 1.29 acre tract out of Section 15, Block 36, T-1-S, T. & P. RR. CO. Survey, Martin County, Texas, residentially known as 200, 202, 204, and 206 North Hale Street, Stanton, Texas, including any and all improvements thereon, and authorizing the Superintendent and/or Board President to negotiate and execute on behalf of the District any and all documents necessary to consummate the purchase of said real property.

21. Discuss and authorize the superintendent (or designee) to negotiate a contract to construct a bus canopy at the Midland Bus Stop through a purchasing cooperative using Mid-Tex JOC.
