Somerset ISD will hold Budget Workshop #2 on Monday, July 14, 2025, for the purpose of discussing the school district's budget for the 2025-2026 school year "immediately following the July 14, 2025, Regular Meeting that begins at 6:30p.m." This meeting is open to the public and citizens are invited to attend. |

VI. PRESENTATION, DISCUSSION AND/OR ACTION ITEMS:

VI.A. Consider and take possible action to amend Board Policy FNCE (LOCAL) to adopt a written policy prohibiting a student from using a personal communication device while on school property during the school day, as required by Texas Education Code Section 37.082.
|
|
VI.B. Consider and take possible action to amend Board Policy FM (LOCAL), as allowed by Texas Education Code Section 33.0832(c-2), to decline to grant non-enrolled students the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities, including activities governed by the University Interscholastic League.

VI.C. Consider and take possible action on employee raises for the 2025-2026 school year.
