Note to Public of Video and Audio Conferencing: Pursuant to the Governor Abbot's Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020 to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing"), this meeting will be broadcasted which will be audible to the public. The Board President, presiding officer or trustees may not be physically present at one location but a quorum of members attending in person or via video or audio conferencing will be required for the meeting.
