Note to Public of Video and Audio Conferencing:  Pursuant to the Governor Abbot's Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020 to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing"), this meeting will be broadcasted which will be audible to the public.  The Board President, presiding officer or trustees may not be physically present at one location but a quorum of members attending in person or via video or audio conferencing will be required for the meeting.  The public may view this meeting by by accessing the meeting through the following web address:  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs-EO0xL_SZxZOo5pnwQwtA?

Should you desire to provide public input to the Board, you must e-mail your public input to anna.montney@sisdk12.net by 10:00a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2020, or come by Somerset ISD Administration Office, Bldg. 206 to fill out the form between 8:00a.m.-10:00a.m. at 7791 6th Street, Somerset, Texas, 78069 before the Board Meeting for your public input to be presented to the board during the public input portion of this meeting.  Alternatively, you may sign up before the meeting at the meeting location.  You will not be allowed to remain in the room during the presentation of your public input to limit exposure of yourself, Board members and staff at the location.

AT THE SOMERSET JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA, 4730 W. LOOP 1604, VON ORMY, TEXAS, 78073.

VI.A. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Delivery Method of Construction Manager at Risk or Competitive Sealed Proposal for the 2020 Bond Project.
VI.B. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Delivery Method of Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal for the 2020 Bond Project.
VI.C. Consideration and possible action to adopt the prevailing wage rates in connection with the construction of the 2020 Projects. 
VI.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the purchase of the Chromebooks and Google Chrome Management Console Licenses to utilize in at Somerset High School home classrooms, not to exceed the amount of $262,208.00.
VI.E. Discussion and possible action regarding granting the Superintendent final authority to contract teachers through the regular board meeting of August 10, 2020.
