Note to Public of Video and Audio Conferencing:  Pursuant to the Governor Abbot's Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020 to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing"), this meeting will be broadcasted which will be audible to the public.  The Board President, presiding officer or trustees may not be physically present at one location but a quorum of members attending in person or via video or audio conferencing will be required for the meeting.  The public may view this meeting by by accessing the meeting through the following web address:  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs-EO0xL_SZxZOo5pnwQwtA?

VIII.A. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Budget Amendment #3 for 2019-2020 General Operating Budget and Budget Amendment #1 for 2019-2020 Child Nutrition Budget.
VIII.B. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval based on the review quote received, the purchased and installation of one Data Aire Computer Room A/C unit serving Somerset Independent School District's Main Distribution Frame (MDF) room where all the district servers are housed not to exceed the amount of $42,601.00.
VIII.C. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the quote of $467,690.16 for furniture and design and to allow the Superintendent to finalized adjustments as needed for the Somerset High School Cafeteria Furniture.
VIII.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the purchases and installation of one Kids' Choice 3 Deep Playscape play structure for the Somerset Early Childhood Elementary not to exceed the amount of $43,470.00.
VIII.E. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the 2020-2025 District of Innovation Plan.
