I. PUBLIC HEARING:
I.A. Somerset ISD will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 P.M., on Monday, January
12, 2015 to review the Texas Academic Performance Report.

Texas Education Code Chapter 39 requires each district's board of trustees to
publish an annual report that includes the Texas Academic Performance
Report (TAPR), campus performance objectives, a report of violent or criminal
incidents, and information received under TEC 51.403(e) from the Texas
Higher Education Coordination Board.  The board of trustees shall hold a
hearing for public discussion of the report and widely disseminate the report
within the district.

THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND ALL CITIZENS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.

VI.B. Discussion and possible action regarding the Superintendent's Evaluation and Contract Renewal.
VI.C. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District's attorney concerning legal issues and procedural issues related to proposed mid-contract termination of term contract of employee.
VI.D. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider and discuss recommendation to propose mid-contract termination of term contract employee.
