I.A. Somerset ISD will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 P.M., on Monday, November 17, 2014 for the purpose of discussing the school district's School FIRST (Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas) rating for the 2012-2013 budgetary and actual financial data to include staff and student data.

THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND ALL CITIZENS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.

V.B. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Gov't Code, Attorney consultation regarding a Level III Student/Parent Grievance Hearing.
V.C. Conduct Level III Student/Parent Grievance hearing and deliberation of a public complaint grievance 551.071, Tex. Gov't. Code.

X.C. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the approval and acceptance of designated funds for Innovative Teaching Grants to Somerset ISD from the Somerset Education Foundation.
X.D. Presentation of Somerset ISD Education Foundation Quarterly Report.
X.E. Discussion and possible action to review and approve the proposals submitted for purchase of three Advance Stand-On Auto Scrubbers.
X.F. Discussion and possible action to review and approve RFP 15-001, Garbage Disposal Services, to provide solid waste disposal by a licensed company for all district facilities.
X.G. Discussion and possible action to review and approve RFP 14-012, Security Camera Maintenance and Repair Services to provide services to all existing cameras located throughout the District.
X.H. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval of the 2014-2015 Texas Accountability Intervention System Targeted Improvement Plan for Somerset Elementary School.

X.K. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Technology Facilitator stipend of $1,000.00 each for each campus not to exceed the total amount of $7,000.00, pending approval of the 2014-2015 Title VI, Part B, Rural and Low Income School grant.
