VII.A. Presentation regarding the Performance Report on Delinquent Ad Valorem Tax Collection Report.

VII.B. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the agreement between Somerset Independent School District and Young Life of San Antonio South.

VII.C. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Budget Amendment #4 for 2014-2015 in the amount of $76,666.00.

VII.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the first year of a five year extension of RFQ Financial Advisor, Estrada, Hinojosa & Company, Inc. to provide financial advisory services to the District for the 2015-2016 school year not to exceed the amount of $10,000.00.

VII.E. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the  2015-2016 Memorandum of Understanding between the ChemBridge Dual Credit Program and Somerset Independent School District.

Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the repair of 2 twenty ton heat pump  condensing units and indoor coils plus replacement of the interconnecting refrigerant lines serving the Veteran's Elementary School cafeteria dining area not to exceed the amount of $45,117.15.

VII.J. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the recommendation of Somerset ISD Board of Trustees to be nominated for the 2014-2015 TASA School Board Awards Program created in 1971 by the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA).

VII.K. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the recommendation of Saul Hinojosa, Superintendent of Somerset Schools to be nominated for the Superintendent of the Year Award Program underwrtiten by Balfour and coordinated by TASB.

VIII.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, the Board will discuss and consider possible proposal for nonrenewal of a Term Contract Employee(s).
