VII.C. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Budget Amendment #4 for 2014-2015 in the amount of $76,666.00.
VII.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the first year of a five year extension of RFQ Financial Advisor, Estrada, Hinojosa & Company, Inc. to provide financial advisory services to the District for the 2015-2016 school year not to exceed the amount of $10,000.00.

VII.J. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the recommendation of Somerset ISD Board of Trustees to be nominated for the 2014-2015 TASA School Board Awards Program created in 1971 by the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA).
VII.K. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the recommendation of Saul Hinojosa, Superintendent of Somerset Schools to be nominated for the Superintendent of the Year Award Program underwrtiten by Balfour and coordinated by TASB.
