Discussion and possible action to review and approve the Resolution Authorizing Sale of Real Property for the two lots on Casias Court, 19870 Casias Court, CB 4230A BLK, 1 lot 3, and 19870 Casias Court CB 4230A BLK 1 lot 4, in the City of Somerset located in Bexar County in the total amount of $24,000.00, all closing costs, are to be deducted from the proceeds of the sale.
