I.A. Somerset ISD will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 P.M., on Monday, November 18, 2013 for the purpose of discussing the school district's School FIRST (Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas) rating for the 2011-2012 budgetary and actual financial data to include staff and student data.

THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND ALL CITIZENS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.

The Board will convene into a Close Session Agenda immediately following the Public Hearing.

IX.B. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval of Templeton Demographics as the vendor for the demographic study of Somerset Independent School District not to exceed the amount of $17,000.00.
IX.C. Discussion and possible action regarding the purchase approval of the two Project-Based Curriculum PITSCO STEM labs (one each at JH and HS) not to exceed the amount of $155,577.00.
IX.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval request to submit the local data portal waiver to Texas Education Agency.
IX.E. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval of the Texas Education Agency waiver for Class Size Reduction in five elementary classrooms which exceed the States's 22:1 ratio.
