VIII.A. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval of the recommendation of Saul Hinojosa, Superintendent of Somerset Schools to be nomintated for the Superintendent of the Year award program underwritten by Balfour and coordinated by TASB.
VIII.B. Discussion and possible action regarding Professional Development 360 for the 2013-2014 school year for the amount of $29,899.98.
VIII.C. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval of ESC, Region 20 CSCOPE Curriculum System Cooperative throughout 2013-2014 school year for the amount of $26,462.00.
VIII.D. Discussion and possible action to review and approve the 2013-2016 School Dual Credit Academic Course Articulation Agreements between Somerset ISD and Alamo Community College District in the amount of $18,000.
VIII.E. Discussion and possible action regarding the contracted service between Somerset ISD and Laurie Ann Brown, Physical Therapist, for the 2013-2014 school year not to exceed in the amount of $24,000.00.
VIII.F. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval of contracted services between Somerset ISD and Thomas W. Hill, Ph. D, Licensed school Psychologist for the 2013-2014 school year for 46 days at $600.00 per day.  The total amount not to exceed $27,600.00 from August 30,2013 through July 19, 2014.  
VIII.G. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval service agreement between Somerset ISD and esped.com, Inc. for the e-Sped IEP Appication Service to continue for three years beginning with the 2013-2014 school year and ending with the 2015-2016 school year.  The maximum amount not to exceed $12,000.00 per year.
VIII.H. Discussion and possible action regarding the purchase of the iBoss Web Filtering product for a cost of $31,379.90 for a three year subscription.
VIII.I. Discussion and possible action regarding the purchase of the School Messenger software and notification service for the remainder of the 2012-2013 at no cost and for the 2013-2014 school year in the amount of $10,000.00.
VIII.J. Discussion and possible action regarding the purchase of 70 ActivSlates and 70 ActivHubs for a cost of $26,467.00. 
VIII.K. Consideration and possible action regarding resolution to designate and authorize the conveyance of title to the highest bidder per section 34.05(i) of the Texas Property Tax Code for tax foreclosure properties struck off in trust to Somerset ISD.
