VIII.A. Discussion and possible action to approve  the Palo Alto College Memorandum of Understanding partnership with Somerset ISD  at the former Somerset Junior High School Cafetorium to serve continuing adult education opportunities in ESL and GED courses.
VIII.B. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval for the E-Rate Year 16 contract or service agreement for :  Videoconferencing, Web Hosting, Long Distance, Telecommunications Services, Internal Connections, and Internet Access.
VIII.C. Discussion and possible action to review and approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Palo Alto College-Gateway to College Program for the 2013-2014 with an automatic renewal for four successive one year terms.
VIII.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval of a two year extension for the district's bank depository contract for the funds of Somerset ISD, under Texas Education Code, Chapter 45.201 through 45.209, Subchapter G, School District Depositories.
VIII.E. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval  for the use of the Texas Association of School Boards' model Dual-Assignment Probationary and Dual-Assignment Term  Contract language beginning 2013-2014 school year for educators hired to fill dual assignments.
