The West 75 feet of a 1.00 acre tract, more or less, fronting on the North side of Dixon Road, and on the East side of Somerset, and being out of the Original Survey #55, Section 2, in Bexar County, Texas, said 1.00 agree tract being more particularly described in Deed dated October 3, 1951, from Pedro Casias, et ux for Frederico Flores, filed of record in Volume 3219, Page 482, Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas.
2. The East 75 feet of a 1.00 acre tract, more or less, fronting on the North side of Dixon Road, and on the East side of Somerset, and being out of the Original Survey #55, Section 2, in Bexar County, Texas, said 1.00 agree tract being more particularly described in Deed dated October 3, 1951, from Pedro Casias, et ux for Frederico Flores, filed of record in Volume 3219, Page 482, Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas.
3. Two (2) tracts of land each containing 0.25 acres of land, more or less, described by field notes as Tract 3 and Tract 4, both out of a 1.00 acre tract of land in the City of Somerset out of the John Christopher Survey No. 55, Abstract No. 164, County Block 4230, Bexar County, Texas, being the land described in a conveyance to Eduardo L. Arguello, Jr. in a Deed recorded in Volume 13845, Page 1761, Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas.
