XVI. Consider local district revisions to board policy CH(local)
Description:
This policy sets the maximum spending limit for the superintendent without board approval.   Presently that is set at $5000.00.  This number puts us in conflict with our own policy for at least one regular utility bill that normally exceeds this amount.  The standard/legal amount that most boards give to the superintendent is $25,000.00.  My recommendation is to return to this amount.  Most of the time you will know of any expenditure that is over $10.000.00 minus utility bills.
Subject:
XVII. Consider local district revisions to board policy DNA(local)
Description:
The state no longer supports the PDAS system.  T-TESS is the official state supported evaluation system for teachers.

XIX. Consider designated primary and secondary appraiser list
Description:
At present the two principals that we have certified to be primary appraisers are:

Karen Decker at the elementary.
Randy Brawner at the middle school

When we get a new High School principal that person will be the primary for the high school.
I will be the secondary appraiser for all campuses.
