6. Consider and take possible action to approve a Partial Release of Claims with Architect and Contractor in connection with remediation of piping breaks in Sub-Floor Plumbing at Lake Creek High School

7. Consider and take possible action to approve the modified Owner-Contractor Agreement and General Conditions to be incorporated in the Agreement in connection with remediation of piping breaks in Sub-Floor Plumbing at Lake Creek High School

8. Consideration and possible action to adopt the prevailing wage rates published by the United States Department of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. Section 276a et seq.), and its subsequent amendments, in connection with Sub-Floor Plumbing Remediation Project at Lake Creek High School and any other construction projects authorized by the Board during the District's current fiscal year as required by Texas Government Code 2258.022
