The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections: 551.0821 deliberate a matter regarding a public school student wherein personally identifiable information will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation, to include possible settlement of threatened litigation; 551.071, 551.0821, and 551.129 consultation with school attorney concerning potential litigation and possible settlement; 551.074; 551.071/551.129 to consider resignations, to deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, including rights and responsibilities of Trustees relating to access to District employees, facilities, resources, and records; consult with legal counsel regarding same if necessary; 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
