1. Note to Public of Telephone Conferencing:  Pursuant to Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020 to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”), this meeting will be conducted via telephone conference, which will be audible to the Board and public. The Board President, presiding officer or trustees will not be physically present at one location but a quorum will be required for the telephone meeting. The public may access this meeting at the following link: http://www.misd.org/page/dis.remoteboardmeetings. A recording of the meeting will be available for viewing on the District’s website.

Any member of the public who wishes to address the Board on an agenda item during public comment must submit written comments to the following email box comments@misd.org no later than 6:00 p.m. on March 25th. The comments will be read to the Board during the public comments portion to the extent possible.
