The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code 551.071/551.129 to consult with legal counsel on a matter in which the duty of the attorney requires confidentiality, including response to recent investigation into student misconduct and necessary follow up action; under Texas Government Code 551.0821 to deliberate a matter requiring the disclosure of personally identifiable information about a public school student, including recent investigation into alleged student misconduct; and under Texas Government Code 551.082 to deliberate a case involving discipline of a public school child.
