The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections: 551.071 Consultation with Legal Counsel regarding Level Three Parent Grievance Appeal, and any other subject matter permitted by law; 551.082, 551.0821, 551.074 Hearing on Level Three Parent Grievance Appeal; 551.082, 551.0821, 551.071 and 551.074 Deliberation on Level Three Parent Grievance Appeal and consultation with legal counsel regarding same and any other subject matter permitted by law; 551.074 to consider resignations, to deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee; 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
9. Return to open meeting and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting
