Consideration of adoption of Order authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of Montgomery Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building and Refunding Bonds, Series 2007; Authorizing the refunding of certain outstanding bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Deposit Agreement; and containing other matters related thereto.

2.B. Set hearing date for budget and proposed tax rate

2.C. Approve budget information and proposed tax rate for publication

3. The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections: 551.074 to consider resignations, to deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee; 551.071 consultation with attorney; 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
