Changing the Trustee Terms, Including Any One-Time Adjustments to Current Trustee Terms and Transition to Four-Year Terms and a Biennial Election Cycle, in Order to Comply with Mandatory Requirements for Joint Biennial Elections with the City of Kingsville in Even-Numbered Years B.
