Discussion, consideration, and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 2025-02 clarifying that the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) figure previously presented at the August 13, 2025 Board Meeting for the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Project in connection with construction projects at Kermit Elementary School Classroom Addition; Career and Technical Education Addition to Existing High School and Renovation of Existing Welding Facility into Concession/Locker Room/DAEP did not reflect CMAR's final GMP Submission in the amount of $14,201,997.00 for the CMAR's scope of work under the CMAR contract and replacing any prior inconsistent Board action.

IV.C. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve the Controls Proposal submitted by Trane Technologies in connection with the Kermit ISD 2023 Bond Program for High School and Elementary School HVAC Controls in the amount of $145,845.00, subject to legal review of contract and subject to District's standard purchase order terms and conditions, and production of satisfactory performance and payment bonds, insurance and related procurement requirements, and authorizing the Superintendent to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the same.
