15. In executive session, the Board will consider personnel matters as allowed by the Texas Government Code §551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public school officer or employee;
1) Consider hiring and accepting resignations, retirements or professional personnel including, but not limited to Directors
2) Consider renewals, non-renewals and terminations of contracts for professional personnel (to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, and contracts of employees) including Principals, Directors, and Assistant Superintendents
 
16. The Superintendent will recommend contract renewals for School Administrators
17. The Superintendent will inform the Board of resignations accepted
18. The Superintendent will recommend employment of professional personnel.
