The Board may allow public comment on agenda items at all meetings. The Board will continue with the remaining agenda after the registered patrons have had an opportunity to speak

3.A. The Board will receive information and discuss potential short-term and long-term water options for Beeville ISD in response to projected water supply challenges in the City of Beeville. The discussion will include current district usage, potential contingency measures, infrastructure options, and funding considerations.

3.B. The Board will discuss transportation options to support long-distance or special travel events, including the potential purchase of a charter or activity bus.
