Description:

As part of the parental engagement policy, mandated by Senate Bill 12 (TEC 26.0071) in the summer of 2025, districts are required to provide for an internet portal through which parents of students enrolled in the district may submit comments to campus and district administrators and the board. The board will then prioritize and present those comments at the beginning of each board meeting.

Description:
The total district's property & liability coverage contribution decreased by $5,727.00 from last year due to our proposed changes to our building & content values. The auto & school liability coverage combined contribution increased by 17%, or we would have seen more savings.

It allows rural school districts to enter into agreements with other school districts to develop rural college and career pathway partnerships. The goal of the R-PEP program is to increase access to high-quality post-secondary pathways for rural students through multidistrict collaboration.
