1. Call to Order/Notice of Meeting/Roll Call

2. Consideration to Suspend Regular Session and Convene Closed Session for the Purposes of WI §19.85 (1)(c), WI § 19.85 (1)(a), Section 120.13 (1) (c), and Section 118.125:

3. To consider performance concerns that have been raised by outside parties in regard to certain professional staff members, as well as the manner in which those concerns are to be investigated. For the Purpose of WI § 19.85 (1)(a) in considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

4. To conduct a student expulsion hearing in accordance with Section 120.13 (1) (c) of the Wisconsin Statutes and to review and discuss pupil records, as defined in Section 118.125 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
