5. Recognition of Barbara Frost, Mt. Vista School Secretary as the District's Exceptional Employee for the Month of March 2024. We will recognize Mrs. Frost in April as our March meeting was held online. 
6. Recognition of Rachel White, 7th Grade Mt. Vista student as the District's Exceptional Student for the Month of March 2024. We will recognize Ms. White in April as our March meeting was held online. 
7. Public acceptance of the District's Single Audit Report, Uniform System of Financial Records Compliance Questionnaire, and Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for fiscal year ended on June 30, 2023. In accordance with A.R.S. 15-914, as amended by Laws 2021, Ch 7, Section 3, school district governing boards must publically accept all audits and compliance questionnaires by roll call vote. 
8. Discussion and request for approval of the renewal of health insurance benefits for eligible employees during the upcoming 2024-2025 fiscal year. 
9. Discussion and request for approval of the continuation of voluntary supplemental insurance for eligible employees through Aflac for the upcoming 2024-2025 fiscal year. 
10. Discussion and request for approval of the District's application for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) which would provide one free breakfast and lunch, for all Mt. Vista K-8 School students, each school day. 
11. Second read and request for approval of the updated District Policy GCBA-R - Professional Growth. Upon approval, the updated policy would be effective April 9, 2024. 
12. Discussion and request for approval of At-Will Work Agreements for Bus Aides, Title I and Special Education Paraprofessionals, Preschool Staff, IT Staff, and remaining hourly staff during the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. 
13. Discussion and request for approval of Support Staff Contracts for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Contracts to include the District Office Director, Budget and Finance Analyst. 
14. Discussion and request for approval for Governing Board and Superintendent to attend the ASBA Summer Leadership Institute to be held in Flagstaff, Arizona over June 6-8, 2024. Registration for the event opens April 15, 2024. 
15. Discussion and request for approval of an updated job description for Preschool Teacher, Food Service Director effective the start of the 2024-2025 school year. 
16. Discussion and request for approval of personnel matters that have occurred since the March 2024 Regular Meeting of the Governing Board:
-Sick-Leave Buy-Back requests from eligible employees upon retirement (please see attached spreadsheet)
-Food Service Director contract change

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is given to the general public that the Governing Board of Oracle Elementary School District #2 will hold a public meeting. The Governing Board may change the order of the items listed in the Agenda. The Governing Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, to discuss certain matters. Governing Board Members will attend either in person or by telephonic conference call.  The Board may discuss, consider or decide only matters listed on the agenda and other matters related thereto.
