The Governing Board may change the order of the items listed in the Agenda. The Governing Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, to discuss certain matters. Governing Board Members will attend either in person or by telephonic conference call. The Board may discuss, consider or decide only matters listed on the agenda and other matters related thereto.
