12. Discussion regarding a possible agreement between the District and Educational Services, Inc. (ESI) and the "Retire-Rehire" program effective July 1, 2022.  No action is recommended at this time, recommendation for approval is scheduled for February 2022.
13. Discussion and first review of a 2022-2023 District Calendar.  No action is recommended at this time, recommendation for approval is scheduled for February 2022.
14. Discussion of timeline leading up to the start of the 2022-2023 school year in regards to employee contracts and work agreements, health insurance, benefits.  No action is necessary, this timeline is for information purposes only.  
15. Discussion and request for approval of the adoption of SAVVAS Elevate Science Curriculum for Grades 3-8 and SAVVAS My World Social Studies Curriculum for Grades 3-8.

18. Future Meeting Dates and Topics
Description:
January 2022 - (Date to be approved during the January Governing Board Meeting) Study Session regarding the District Budget.  This Study Session will be led by Dawn Ruiz, Business Manager and will be held in the Conference Room. 

February 17 at 6:00 PM - Regular Meeting of the Governing Board to include the approval of Certified Employment Contracts for School Year 2022-2023 to be held at Mountain Vista K-8 School in the Science Room. 

February 2022 - (Date to be approved during the January Governing Board Meeting) Study Session regarding the Board’s Role in Student Achievement.  This Study Session will be include information from the ASBA Annual Conference attended by Camilo Gotay, Governing Board Member and will be held in the Conference Room. 

March 24 at 6:00 PM - Regular Meeting of the Governing Board to include the approval of Classifed At-Will Work Agreements, Support Staff Contracts, and Administrator Contracts for School Year 2022-2023 to be held at Mountain Vista K-8 School in the Science Room.
