Consideration and consultation with Board's attorney pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee and 551.071 of the Texas Government Code to seek the advice of the Board's attorney regarding a settlement offer and a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Board under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551, specifically matters related to the employment of Ms. Linda Theret and Mr. Richard Brunner.

4.A. Consideration and possible action regarding a proposed settlement offer to Ms. Linda Theret to bring closure to the current dispute regarding her employment with the District.

4.B. Consideration and possible action, in the event Ms. Theret fails to accept a proposed settlement offer, to give notice to Ms. Theret that it is proposed that her employment with the District under a term contract be terminiated.

4.C. Consideration and possible action regarding a proposed settelement offer to Mr. Richard Brunner to bring closure to the current dispute regarding his employment with the District.
