Consider approval granting authority to the superintendent to act for and on behalf of West Orange-Cove Consolidated Independent School District as follows: to negotiate with one or more of the contractors who submitted bids to perform construction work on athletic facilities located at West Orange-Stark High School and to construct a faculty parking lot at the West Orange-Stark Middle School, to select the contractor to perform the work, to contract for the work to be done for a total contractual amount of 1.2 million dollars or less and to execute all documents necessary for the work to be done. |

III. The open session of the meeting will adjourn. The Board of Trustees will reconvene in closed session for the following purposes.
