As there may be a quorum of the Board of Trustees/Directors in attendance at 2024 ISBA Annual Convention. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board may be present and in attendance at this event.

No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.  No meeting of the Board will be held.  Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.

This Notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
