V.B. We recommend Roy Hamilton, Aaron Carter, Lindsey Keene, Antoine Scroggins, Elaine Myszak, Andrew Fentress, Crystal Bustillos, Shelly Gates, and Amanda Greichunos attend the Classroom 180 Live Conference on June 25-27 in Indianapolis, IN with expenses paid from the Title IV fund.
 
V.C. We recommend Linda Hobock attend the Wabash Velley Education Center’s Multiligual Advocacy Academy Cohort 1 on June 4, 2024, in West Lafayette, IN, with expenses paid from the EL Fund.

 
V.D. We recommend Tabitha Kelley and Jonathan Nwannunu attend the IDOE (Indiana Department of Education’s Crisis Prevention and Intervention Model on June 11 and 12 in LaPorte, IN, with expenses paid from the Title IIA fund.
 
V.E. We recommend Adrian Wilkerson, Sam Roberts, and Louise Nesse attend the ISBA (Indiana School Board Association) Budget and Finance Seminar on June 11, 2024, in Indianapolis, IN, with expenses paid from the Operations Fund.

VII.F. We recommend approving the termination of ESSER positions.
 
VII.G. We recommend approving the following donations for Calumet New Tech High School:
  • May 24, 2024: Donation in the amount of $166.80 in cash from various donors to the Band Account.
  • May 28, 2024: Donation of 10 Domino’s pizzas to the Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School Swim Team.
VII.H. We recommend approving the following donations for Longfellow Tech High School:

  • 25 Cases of Water - donated by Family Express ($125 Value)
  • 500 Freeze Pops and 15 Watermelons - donated by Shirer Insurance
($180 Value)
  • Lake Ridge Volunteer Fire Department - Longfellow would like to express deep gratitude for supporting our Field Day by volunteering your timeand ensuring both students and staff enjoyed the hot day in some waterfun!
