III. Appoint Board Member as Representative to the Special Education Cooperative.

V. Appoint Board Member as Legislative Liaison.

VI. Appoint School Attorney
Recommend Moncia Conrad of Hodges & Davis to be re-appointed as School Attorney. |

VII. Appoint Architect of Record
Recommend that Fanning Howey be re-appointed as Architects of Record. |
|
VIII. Appoint Treasurer
Recommend that Edward Sopko be re-appointed as Treasurer. |
|
IX. Designate Lake County Star, Crown Point Register, The Times and Post Tribune newspapers to publish legal notices during the 2013 school year. The legal notices will be published from two of the above newspapers to be selected prior to each publication notice.

X. Recommend the dates for the 2013 school year are the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 6:00 PM.

XI. Recommend the Conflict of Interest and Compact of Ethics be approved.

XII. Recommend the Expulsion Hearings be approved.
