I. A quorum of the members of the School Board may be in attendance at the above-noticed WASB Spring Academy Workshop. In the event a quorum of the School Board is present, the meeting will also constitute a meeting of the School Board of the Tomahawk School District, as defined under the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law. However, the members of School Board who are present at the meeting will not take any action as a School Board at the meeting.
