III. OPENING COMMENTS BY COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Persons who are committee members wishing to comment publicly must do so in the "public comment" portion of the meeting, which will be designated at the beginning and end of each meeting. To comment publicly, a committee member must sign up with the presiding officer or designee before the meeting begins and shall indicate the agenda item for the present Committe meeting about which they wish to speak. Comments shall be limited to current Committee agenda items. No presentation shall exceed three (3) persons per any side of an issue, nor shall the time per subject exceed ten (10) minutes. Delegations of more than three (3) personal shall appoint one person to present their views before the Committee. |

The Chairperson or designee may establish the scope and time limits regarding these comments. The Public Comment policies and procedures outlined in the Citizens' Bond Committee manual shall apply. |
