II. Announcement by the Board President calling this meeting of the United Independent School District to order. Let the record show that a quorum of Board Members is present, that this meeting has been duly called, and that notice of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

Report and possible action with respect to status of negotiations and the possible execution of a Purchase Agreement for the purchase of an approximate 20-acre tract of land, and an approximate 5-acre tract of land adjacent to St. Luke street in the Cielito Lindo Subdivision in Webb County, from Cielito Lindo, Limited. Review and discussion of a resolution to purchase the 20-acre tract of land and 5-acre tract of land. Discussion and possible action with respect to closing the purchase of the 20-acre tract of land and 5-acre tract of land.

V. Reconvened from Closed Session, the Board will take appropriate action on items, if necessary, as discussed in Closed Session.
