All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not present, other than a current member of the Board, or pursuant to a specific statutory exception, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during this executive session. Failure to comply is a violation of A.R.S. 38-431.03. |

II.1. Student 1 - The Board will hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §15-843 (F) to determine whether grounds existed for the Expulsion of Student 103796.

Description:
After the hearing on November 6, 2014, during which the Board expelled Student 103796, the student and the student's mother contacted the principal and indicated they had wanted to attend the hearing and requested the Board reconvene. In order to fully ensure due process was maintained, this second hearing was scheduled to afford the family an opportunity to share why they feel the expulsion was not warranted.
