A closed session will be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, including, but not limited to, Section 551.071, Section 551.072, Section 551.074, Section 551.076, Section 551.082(a) and Section 551.083. Personnel. - Discuss one year extension on mid-management administrators’ two-year contracts for campus principals, the Athletic Director and the administrative Intern.

1. Consider one year extension on mid-management administrator contracts for High school principal, Administrative Intern, Elementary/JH principal and Athletic Director. .
Consideration of designation of Non-business days for the 2025 calendar year.November 27,28; December 22, 23, 26, 29, 30, and January 2, and 5th.  
Consider continuation of staff stipends from General Fund for the 2025-26 school year. 
Consider hiring Cassie Furr as ELL Teacher for the district. 
Consider approving transferring students to the district.
