III.2) Consider and take appropriate action on an Order canvassing the Election returns for the Saturday, May 27, 2017 Tax Ratification Election (TRE) in accordance with Texas Election Code Section 67.004.

III.3) Consider and take appropriate action on the request to authorize the Maverick County Elections administrator to destroy the ballots of the Saturday, May 27, 2017 Tax Ratification Election no earlier than six (6) months after the election in accordance with the Texas Election Code Section 66.058 unless otherwise required by Section 1.013.
