  • Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically, Administrator contracts - Superintendent; Director of Finance; and Deer Creek Principal; proposed new support staff position / job description; and,
  • Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(g) for conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically, Special Education Litigation - Former Students.

4. Verification of Meeting Notice – The Superintendent reports that proper notification of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the open meeting laws of the State of Wisconsin.
