1. Call to Order / Roll Call
2. 6:00 PM - Adjourn into closed session according to the following:
  • Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically voluntary retirement agreement; and,
  • Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(f) for considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations; specifically, private conference with the Board, personnel matters; and,
  • Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(g) for conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically, potential preliminary staff non-renewal(s) / reductions for 2024-2025 due to budgetary reasons; and,
  • Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(e) for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically, update on negotiations with St. Francis Education Association.
3. Return to Open Session for Possible Action
4. Verification of Meeting Notice – The Superintendent reports that proper notification of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the open meeting laws of the State of Wisconsin.
5. Approval of the Agenda – Formal adoption of the Agenda is done to assure that the topics discussed and acted upon by Board Members were properly noticed to the public.
