1. Call to Order/ Roll Call
2. 6:00 PM - Adjourn into closed session after the regular meeting according to the following:
  • Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically, administrator contract for the Director of Finance position; and, 
  • Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(f) for considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations; specifically, potential preliminary staff non-renewal(s) / reductions for 2023-2024 due to budgetary reasons; Executive Summary of Leadership Ideas / ThoughtExchange; and,
  • Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(e) for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically, update / proposed ratification of the 2022-2023 negotiations agreement with the St. Francis Education Association.
3. Return to Open Session for Possible Action
4. Verification of Meeting Notice – The Superintendent of Schools reports that proper notification of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the open meeting laws of the State of Wisconsin.
5. Approval of the Agenda – Formal adoption of the Agenda is done to assure that the topics discussed and acted upon by Board Members were properly noticed to the public.
