  • Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically, compensation for non-represented staff; preparation for teacher union negotiations; certified staff member compensation adjustment; Assistant Principal contract offering and compensation; and Superintendent evaluation.
3. Return to Open Session for Possible Action
4. Verification of Meeting Notice – The District Administrator reports that proper notification of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the open meeting laws of the State of Wisconsin.
5. Approval of the Agenda – Formal adoption of the Agenda is done to assure that the topics discussed and acted upon by Board Members were properly noticed to the public.
