Consideration and appropriate action on a resolution by the Board of Trustees of the LEON Independent School District authorizing the issuance of obligations designated as “LEON Independent School District Maintenance Tax Notes, Series 2025”; making provision for the payment thereof by the annual levy of the District’s maintenance and operations ad valorem taxes; providing the terms and conditions of said Notes and resolving other matters incident and relating to their issuance, payment, security, sale, and delivery; authorizing the execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement, a Purchase and Investment Letter, and a Placement Agent Agreement; complying with the requirements of the Letter of Representations previously executed with the Depository Trust Company; and providing an effective date.
