Having conducted the required Public Hearing pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 180.007, the Acting Superintendent recommends authorizing the Board President to sign the proposed Retirement Resignation and Release agreement with the Superintendent, and to authorize the Acting Superintendent to take all steps necessary to carry out that agreement.
