5.E. Consideration  and possible approval of naming the following appraisers for Overton ISD: 
Jeff Hogg: Primary appraiser at Overton High School
Nikki Fenter: Primary appraiser at Overton Elementary School
Mark Dahlgren, Courtney Mosley and Larry Calhoun: Secondary appraisers for all Overton ISD campuses. 
5.F. Consideration and possible approval of hazardous bus routes to include any that cross Highway 323, 135 or 850 (past the school where no sidewalks exist) or cross the railroad tracks. 
5.G. Approval of completed RFP from Texas Bank and Trust effective September 01,2025 thru August 31, 2027.
5.H. Certification of 2025 Appraisal Values provided by Rusk County Appraisal District
5.I. Consideration and possible approval/adoption of attached policy FNCE(Local) prohibiting cell phones during the school day (in compliance with HB 1481).
5.J. Consideration and possible approval of the 2025-2026 Student Code of Conduct. 
5.K. Consideration and possible approval of  2025-2026 District of Innovation Local Teaching Certificates.
5.L. Consideration and possible approval/adoption of attached policy EFB(Local) regarding instructional resources and library materials(related to SB13)
