Jeff Hogg: primary appraiser at Overton High School and secondary appraiser a Overton Elementary School. Nikki Fenter: primary appraiser at Overton Elementary School and secondary appraiser at Overton High School. Mark Dalhgren and Larry Calhoun: Secondary appraisers for all Overton ISD campuses. 
4.E. Consideration and possible approval of the 2023-2024 Student Code of  Conduct.
4.F. Consideration and possible approval of amending the District's Vendor List.
