Consideration and possible approval of adding signers Shane McCasland and Larry Calhoun to the Texas Bank and Trust Corporate Resolution, which would give authority to the signers to make changes to the credit card account. This would also give the signers the authority to sign promissory notes on behalf of the school if approved by the Board in the future.
7.E. Consideration and possible approval of recommended funding for roof replacement and campus/building safety and security improvements. 
7.F. Consideration and possible approval of Overton ISD training for other district's Bus Driver Certification. 
7.G. Consideration and possible approval of Contractor Bid for CTE Welding/Building Trades workshop. 
7.H. Consideration and possible approval of Policy Update 119: *(LEGAL) policies, *(LOCAL) policies. 
7.I. Consideration and possible approval of naming the following as appraisers for Overton ISD:
Jeff Hogg: primary appraiser at Overton High School and secondary appraiser a Overton Elementary School. Nikki Fenter: primary appraiser at Overton Elementary School and secondary appraiser at Overton High School. Larry Calhoun: Secondary appraiser for all Overton ISD campuses. 
7.J. Consideration and possible approval of hazardous bus routes to include any that cross Highway 323, 135 or 850 (past the school where no sidewalks exist) or cross the railroad tracks. 
7.K. Consideration and possible approval of Order of Election for November. 
7.L. Consideration and possible approval of amending the District's Local Vendor List.
