3. Public Comments/Audience Participation - Speakers will have a total of 3 minutes to address their view of the specified agenda item(s). After all public comments are heard, the audience shall not enter into discussion or debate on matters being considered by the Board, unless requested by the presiding officer.

4. The Pawnee ISD School Board votes to remove Clarence Pete Dobson from any and all signing abilities/banking transactions dealing with Prosperity Bank as it relates to Pawnee ISD.

5. The Pawnee ISD School Board votes to add Jennifer Card(Board President) and Gwen Hesseltine(Board Secretary) to all signing abilities/banking transactions dealing with Prosperity bank as it relates to Pawnee ISD.

6. Information and discussion on possible High School Construction and Financing.
