Description:
I am recommending that we adopt a rate of $.97 per $100.00 of evaluation. This is a 7 cent decrease from 18-19.
The values for 2019 of $152,171,024 will generate an estimated $1,451,029.00 at a 97% collection rate. Because of the lower tax rate the taxes on the average homestead will decrease by $18.13 compared to 2018 taxes. |
